JHON MAGPIE BIO Jonas Hedinger aka John Magpie was born (1981) and rised in Z?rich (Switzerland).When he was 8, he joined a youthmusic in Z?rich where he learnt to play different instruments and the basics of music. After some time he got bored from the traditional sounds and he organised his first technoparty at the age of 14. John was faszinated about the impulsive and hard beats and begun to buy records shortly after. As his first gig, John took part on a DJ-Contest in spring 2000 ? and he won the contest! He was immediately engaged as resident-DJ at Club Konsulat (near St. Gallen, Switzerland). Due to his hard and intransigent style he was soon favoured and quite popular. John gained more and more the attention of other organisers and clubs and he started to play all around Switzerland. John became a White Wolf resident DJ in august 2001 and appeared on more than 50 WW-events since then. John started to play regularly at the famous and legendary club OXA in Z?rich in february 2004. His perfomances (mostly the last hour) at the OXA-Hardstyle-Nights are very favoured and precious. During the last years, John Magpie played on all major raves in switzerland including amongst others Energy, Starz, Reloaded, Sonic, Goliath, Rave Olympia and White Wolf parties. He also appeared in most of the well-known techno clubs in switzerland like OXA (Z?rich), Titanic (Lugano), Sphinx (Martigny) and others.In addition, John played on several places beyond switzerland: Discoclub Siesta Alghero (I), Club Pacha Palermo (I), ECU Club Rimini (I), Tower Club (A), divers clubs in Germany. Besides the DJ-ing, John begun to setup his own little studio in 2004. In the meantime he already tested his first own music-production-trys on the dancefloors. John?s s style is somewhat like Hard-Hardstyle. He designed his own style during the last years and follows konsequently his own line.
